Refund Policy

How refunds work on a Courseona purchase, processed by Paddle as merchant of record.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for a Courseona purchase, operated by Corbello Inc.. Payments and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), and this policy follows Paddle's own Refund Policy. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Subscription Policy.

1. General policy

All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is approved at our and Paddle's discretion as described below.

2. Requesting a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Submitting a request within this window does not guarantee a refund: each request is reviewed individually, taking into account factors such as the type of product, how it has been used, and the reason for the request.

To request a refund, email courseona-support@corbello.co from the email address you used to purchase and include your order or receipt number, or use the receipt and subscription-management links Paddle provides in your purchase confirmation.

3. Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to cancel and receive a refund. These rights are honored by Paddle as merchant of record and apply in addition to the discretionary process above. They include:

  • European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Turkey, and Israel: a 14-day withdrawal right for digital content and services;
  • South Korea, Brazil, Canada, and China: a 7-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery;
  • Singapore: a 5-day unconditional right to cancel after delivery or first access.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country or state.

4. Faulty or defective products

If you experience a persistent technical problem or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the product as described, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, you may contact Paddle. Where there is evidence of a material defect, a refund will be issued in line with applicable consumer-protection laws.

5. Fraud and abuse

Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method. Once approved, it typically takes several business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. When a refund is issued, related access to paid features may end.

7. Refunds are handled by Paddle

Paddle acts as the merchant of record for your purchase, and all payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. This Refund Policy is intended to be consistent with Paddle's own Refund Policy, which governs your purchase and is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Where this policy and Paddle's Refund Policy differ, Paddle's Refund Policy applies.
