Terms and Conditions

The agreement that governs your use of Courseona and the 28-day AI Certificate Program.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "User") and Corbello Inc., the company that operates Courseona (the "Service"), reachable at https://courseona.com. By creating an account, taking our quiz, purchasing a plan, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Subscription Policy, and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in "Changes to these Terms" below.

1. Who we are

Courseona is a self-paced online learning product operated by Corbello Inc., located at San Leandro, California, United States. We provide digital educational content that helps everyday people learn to use modern artificial-intelligence tools through short daily lessons, hands-on missions, and a completion certificate.

You can contact us at any time at courseona-support@corbello.co.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create an account or make a purchase.

By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

3. The Service

Courseona provides access to a digital AI-education program, including a 2-minute onboarding quiz, a personalized 28-day AI Certificate Program, daily lessons and missions, progress tracking, and a shareable certificate of completion. The exact features included in your plan are described at the point of purchase.

The Service is educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including any job, promotion, income, grade, or professional certification. Our certificate is a certificate of completion issued by Courseona; it is not an accredited academic or government credential.

We may add, change, or discontinue features of the Service at our discretion, and we may set or change usage limits to keep the Service secure and reliable for everyone.

4. Your account

You may need an account to access parts of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at courseona-support@corbello.co if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account or your access to paid content to anyone else.

5. Purchases, billing, and subscriptions

Access to the paid program is offered on a subscription basis. Some plans begin with an introductory period at a promotional price and then automatically renew at the standard price shown at checkout until you cancel.

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), and/or its affiliates. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Details of pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are set out in our Subscription Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for all fees due for the plan you select, including recurring charges, until you cancel in accordance with the Subscription Policy.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from our lessons, missions, or other content except as expressly permitted;
  • Share your paid access or download and redistribute content to people who have not purchased it;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems, or interfere with the Service's security or normal operation;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure; or
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — including lessons, text, missions, graphics, logos, the Courseona name, software, and the certificate template — is owned by Corbello Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party AI tools referenced in our lessons (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and others) are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those companies, and their names are used for identification and educational purposes only.

8. Content you submit

The Service may let you submit information, answers, or other materials (for example, quiz responses or a name for your certificate). You retain ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any educational content is complete, accurate, or up to date given how quickly AI tools change. Any reliance you place on the content is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORBELLO INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corbello Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Subscription Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We encourage you to contact us first at courseona-support@corbello.co so we can try to resolve any concern directly.
