Subscription Policy
How Courseona subscriptions, introductory offers, renewals, and cancellations work.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
This Subscription Policy explains how paid plans work on Courseona, operated by Corbello Inc.. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with our Refund Policy. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.
1. How subscriptions work
Courseona is sold as an auto-renewing subscription that gives you access to the AI Certificate Program and related features. Some plans begin with a discounted introductory period (for example a 1-week, 4-week, or 12-week plan). Unless you cancel before the introductory period ends, your subscription automatically converts to and renews at the standard price and billing cycle shown to you at checkout.
The exact price, introductory period, and renewal terms that apply to you are always displayed on the checkout screen before you pay and are confirmed in your purchase receipt.
2. Billing and automatic renewal
Your purchase and all recurring charges are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). By subscribing, you authorize us and Paddle to charge your payment method:
- The introductory amount (if any) at the time of purchase; and
- The standard renewal amount automatically at the start of each new billing cycle, at the price and cadence shown at checkout, until you cancel.
Renewal charges are made using the payment method on file. If a charge fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds.
3. Price changes
We may change subscription prices or the features included in a plan. If a change affects your renewal price, we will give you notice in advance as required by law, and the new price will apply to your next billing cycle. If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
4. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time — there is no cancellation fee. To cancel, open the subscription or billing page in your profile at https://app.courseona.com, or contact us at courseona-support@corbello.co and we will help you.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel at least 24 hours before your current period (including any introductory period) ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not, by itself, trigger a refund of amounts already charged — see our Refund Policy.
5. Access after cancellation
When you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your subscription will not renew and paid access will end. We do not provide partial-period refunds for the unused part of a billing cycle except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Introductory offers and trials
Introductory offers and any trials are available to new customers only and are limited to one per person unless we say otherwise. If you cancel during an introductory period, you keep access until it ends and are not charged the standard price. We may modify or withdraw introductory offers at any time.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you are billed applies to that billing cycle. We will update the “Last updated” date when we make changes.
